At Triple Joy, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality, authentic products. Because our inventory includes both non-perishable goods and sensitive, climate-controlled (frozen) items, our return policy is categorized as follows:

* Eligibility: You may request a return for non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.
* Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
* Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@triplejoymarket.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Perishable & Frozen Items
* Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items.
* Damaged or Compromised Goods: We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition using specialized cold-chain packaging. If an item arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
* Requirements: You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage, including photos of the packaging, for us to review your claim. We will work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
* Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and all contact information provided during the checkout process are accurate.
* Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any costs associated with re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
* Perishable Forfeiture: In cases where a shipment containing perishable items is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the items may be discarded upon arrival. In this instance, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
* Unattended Deliveries: Triple Joy is not responsible for spoilage if a delivery is left unattended for an extended period after the confirmed delivery time.

If your refund request is approved:
* A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
