1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
2. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are correct.
Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
Triple Joy is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees. In the event of returned perishable goods, the items may be discarded, and no refund will be provided.
3. Cold-Chain & Perishable Goods
We take great care to ensure your food arrives in premium condition.
· Specialized Packaging: All frozen and perishable items are shipped using professional-grade insulation and cooling agents designed to maintain product integrity during transit.
· Delivery Promptness: Perishable items require prompt receipt. We strongly encourage customers to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the confirmed arrival date.
· Unattended Packages: Triple Joy is not liable for spoilage or degradation if a delivery is left unattended for an extended period after the carrier’s confirmed delivery time.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are subject to change based on weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Damaged or Compromised Items
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our support team at info@triplejoymarket.com within 24 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:
* Your order number.
* Photographic evidence of the damage.
