·         Non-Perishables: Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for unopened items.

·         Perishables/Frozen: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if an item arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to provide a resolution.
